We believe that community is marked by creative, social, and emotional development characterized by a lifelong love of learning and the joys of new, diverse partnerships and friendships.
Through those dynamics, we work together to support today's youth.

Dr. Natasha J. Tennison, PhD
Founder/CEO/President
Natasha began her career in Human Resources at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital as a Senior Human Resource Specialist, where she successfully led multiple teams and priority projects. Driven by a higher purpose, she resigned to support working parents in need of dependable, safe, and quality childcare. With a robust background in Human Resources, a strategic plan, and strong faith, Natasha was fully equipped to execute her mission successfully.
Natasha is the full-time CEO of Gathering Outreach Community Services and the founder of Gathering Kids, an award-winning after-school mentorship program recognized for building self-esteem and character in children.

Natasha is licensed by the State of Texas as a Childcare Director. She holds an Associate of Arts in Religion, a Bachelor of Science in Communications, a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a Ph.D. in General Psychology. To further her mission of leading and inspiring others to achieve happiness and success, she became a certified life and career coach and a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
Natasha has also served as treasurer on the Board of Greater Businesses of Pearland and has been actively involved in various community service volunteer initiatives for the City of Pearland, Alvin ISD, and Pearland ISD.
Natasha lives in Pearland, TX, and cherishes her time with her husband and three wonderful children.
Desiree Boutte

Desiree Boutte is a Human Resource professional specializing in Regional Talent Acquisition with Ken Garff Automotive Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree with a minor in Public Policy. Prior to transitioning into a career in Human Resources, Desiree specialized in Brand Advocacy & Public Relations.
Desiree has extensive community engagement and board leadership experience. She currently serves on the board of the Adult Education Center, a professional community-based literacy organization that provides free instruction and programs to adults with limited literacy skills.
Desiree serves as an Ambassador with Greater Businesses of Pearland and is an active member of the Pearland Clean & Green advisory committee and the Wobble before You Gobble advisory committee. She also serves as the Advocacy & Donor Relations Manager for The Yellow Out Campaign (TYOC), a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate, advocate, and raise awareness for Spina Bifida. The Yellow Out Campaign strives to promote inclusion for people of all abilities, free of physical and social barriers, through their Inclusive Playground Project and their Yellow Ramp Up for Veterans Project.
Desiree resides in Brazoria County with her husband and two children. She is deeply committed to serving the community.
Ebony Wiley

Ebony Wiley is an experienced Executive and Professional Coach who specializes in supporting managers and executives when they need to exhibit grace under pressure. She is also skilled at helping individual contributors build their skillsets with the skills required to increase career opportunities.
Ebony R. Wiley, who holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University, is a Certified LEAD NOW! Coach. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Ebony is currently the Associate Director of the Rice Center for Engineering Leadership in the George R. Brown School of Engineering at Rice University. She is also the founder of Marteen Holland Group LLC, the Pretty Little Leader Podcast host, and a contributing author.
Ebony has over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and Executive-level leadership at General Electric in industries such as energy, transportation, and lighting. In her many roles at General Electric, she acted as a change agent, moving global teams and individuals from status quo to new ways of thinking, offering personalized solutions focused on customer needs by changing behaviors and fostering growth internally. Her last role as the Executive General Manager of a global engineering team enabled her to cultivate talent from every continent. She was known for getting her team exposure and helping build their image by delivering actionable feedback backed with a strategic plan.
Ebony lives in Pearland, TX with her husband, Stanford and their three children, Lauryn, Stanford, and Courtney.
