We’re kicking off with an inspiring keynote from Dr. Natasha Tennison on The Power of Self-Leadership, giving students practical tools to rise to new levels as servant leaders—leaders who lead by example, integrity, and impact.
Hands-On Leadership in Action! Rising Rich Youth will put leadership into practice with a day of community service, directly supporting Pearland ISD’s Big Art Day! Dr. Natasha Tennison, Founder of Gathering Outreach will serve as Emcee alongside Dr. Larry Berger, Superintendent of Pearland ISD, and our youth leaders will have the chance to take on key event roles, gaining real-world leadership experience.
Every monthly session will be just as powerful as the first! Each month, students will walk away more confident, more empowered, and more equipped to succeed.
